GET IN TOUCH
We welcome enquiries
Whether you are a parent starting the preparation process, a professional tutor looking to adopt the books in your teaching, or an education centre exploring bulk orders This page explains what to expect when you get in touch.
WHO THIS PAGE IS FOR
Most enquiries fall into one of three categories
Understanding where you sit helps us respond to you in the most useful way. The form below asks you to indicate the nature of your enquiry so we can give it the right context.
01
Parents preparing at home
If you are unsure which books to choose, where to start, or how the range fits together for your child's particular preparation stage, we are happy to help you think through it. We do not offer generic advice. Our responses are grounded in the specific preparation context you describe.
02
Professional tutors and educators
Tutors who want to understand how the books work within a structured teaching programme, discuss sequencing for their students, or ask about professional bulk ordering are very welcome to get in touch. Our books are designed with teaching contexts in mind and we can discuss this in practical terms.
03
Schools and education centres
If you are enquiring on behalf of a school, tuition centre, or education group interested in adopting the books at scale, including for group preparation programmes or annual stock orders. Please use the form and describe your context. We will respond with the information most relevant to your setting.
WHAT TO EXPECT
How we handle enquiries
We are a small, specialist publisher. Our responses are written by the people who created the books, not a customer service team. That means replies take a little longer, but they are considered and genuinely useful.
01
Response within 2–3 working days
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two to three working days. During busy periods, particularly in the autumn term, this may extend slightly. We will always respond.
02
Responses are specific, not templated
If you describe your child's preparation stage, your teaching context, or your school's requirements clearly, our response will address that directly. The more specific your question, the more useful the reply.
03
No sales pressure
We will not follow up repeatedly or push you towards a purchase. If our books are not the right fit for your situation, we will tell you that honestly.
BEFORE YOU WRITE
A few questions worth reading first
Many common questions are answered directly on the site. If any of the following applies to your situation, the linked pages may give you a faster answer.
→
Which books should my child start with?
The All Books page explains how the range is organised and how different categories fit into preparation at different stages.
→
Are the books suitable for professional use?
The For Tutors page explains how the books work in teaching contexts and what professional ordering involves.
→
What is FSCE and how do the books align with it?
The FSCE Practice Papers page explains what FSCE-aligned exams require and how these materials address that.
For the quickest answer to straightforward questions, the About page and the individual book category pages cover how the books work, who they are designed for, and how they fit into structured preparation.

Requests for personalised tutoring or one-to-one teaching. Gulliford Tutors is a publisher, not a tutoring service
Requests for exam predictions or school-specific pass mark guidance. This information is not available to publishers
Press, advertising, or commercial partnership enquiries. These are not considered at this time
Content submissions or requests to stock or distribute third-party materials. These fall outside our scope
